You’ve been past the Wall before, most of you only in dreams. But a few of you already know the way back through the Doors.
Beyond that Wall lie your most heartfelt dreams and your most dangerous nightmares. What this world calls make-believe is reality there.
That World can make you braver, stronger, and more beautiful than you ever dreamed possible, and it can turn out the darkest, most hidden secrets of your heart. A world that turns pain to beauty, faceless monsters under the bed to dragons that exist only to help you become glorious and brave. A world that knows your wildest wishes and your most hidden damage, where reward is limitless, and danger is beyond all that you can dream.
So—if you dare—turn the page. And welcome to Story.
The new King Charming changed the World of Story as he consolidated lands and power. His youngest son Harry became heir after the death of his older brother. No one ever expected Harry to come to power. No one ever prepared Harry to be a King.
But when Charming died, Harry took the throne.
Prince Charming grew up, became King, and married and murdered his way through six of the most famous fairy tale princesses. Since his death, the World of Story has been torn by civil war.
Now Elspeth, Harry’s youngest daughter, rules over a Story much changed, a Story that is ravaged by civil war. The Great Queen Elspeth has built the Wall and closed the Doors.
What will happen when the Doors open again, when Traveling Children are once again called to the World of Story?
